Front of House Team:

Our front-of-house team is the face of our team and the first step in creating remarkable experiences for our guests. We believe that every interaction with a guest is a statement of commitment to our store, team, and community. The front-of-house team includes our drive-thru, front counter, curbside, delivery, and dining room. These hospitality professionals work together to create a friendly and welcoming environment for our guests while ensuring orders are received quickly and accurately. In any given shift, you may be a cashier, a bagger, an expeditor, a stocker, in drive-thru, a drink maker, a runner, or more! 

Back of House Team:

Our kitchen is fast-paced and high-energy. The back-of-house team is hyper-focused on producing remarkable food with excellence and accuracy. All hospitality professionals work together to ensure all food safety and cleanliness requirements are met daily. A spirit of teamwork and attention to detail are critical to the kitchen’s success. Together we strive to create a friendly and welcoming environment to ensure our guests that are receiving "crave"able food, surprisingly fast.

Must be able to:

  • Work a minimum of 20 hours a week
  • Have Saturday availability 
  • 16 years of age or older
  • Have reliable transportation
  • Execute the Operator's vision of the restaurant 
  • Nurture a growth mindset
  • Take real ownership of their area and do not need to be constantly reminded of their responsibilities 
  • Punctual with a professional appearance and good attitude 
  • Work with a sense of urgency
